Rafael Dias Cunha
Rafael holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from UENF and spent over 20 years at Halliburton, progressing from Directional Driller to Director of Global Operations. His career spanned leadership roles across three continents — including Country Manager for Mexico and Saudi Arabia & Bahrain, and Senior Manager for North America.
His expertise encompasses directional drilling, drilling optimization, cementing operations, business development, and large-scale asset management. He participated in Halliburton's Business Leadership Development program.
Supported by his wife Hana and three sons, Rafael founded Tovah in 2025 to bring Halliburton-caliber operational discipline to frac sand logistics — while building opportunities for drivers and mechanics guided by faith, family, and integrity.

Thalles Roberto is an internationally recognized artist, entrepreneur, and ministry leader. With certifications in executive coaching and business management, he brings a unique blend of creative vision and business acumen to Tovah Energy.
His ministry influence has reached audiences worldwide, and his dedication to integrity, purpose, and excellence extends into every venture he supports.
Married to Daniela with four children, Thalles's perspective — grounded in faith and family — aligns perfectly with Tovah's mission to make performance and purpose move together.
