Founder, President & CEO
Rafael Dias Cunha
Rafael holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from UENF and spent over 20 years at Halliburton, progressing from field operations to Director of Global Operations. His career spanned leadership roles across three continents — including Country Manager for Mexico and Saudi Arabia & Bahrain, and Senior Manager for North America.
His expertise encompasses drilling operations, remote execution and AI driven technologies, business development, strategic business management, technology roll out, and large-scale asset management. He participated in Halliburton's Presidential Leadership program.
Supported by his wife Hana and three sons, Rafael founded Tovah in 2025 to bring Halliburton-caliber operational discipline to frac sand logistics — while building opportunities for drivers and mechanics guided by faith, family, and integrity.
